The particle size of the Microcapsulated fragrance pigment is 5-10um, the temperature resistance is below 220 degrees, the solvent resistance effect is better, and the dispersibility is better. If it exceeds 220 degrees, the fragrance will be lost.2. Which Matters needing attention:
1: Dilution:
The fragrance ink is a screen printing ink, which is divided into water-based and solvent-based. Water-based inks can be diluted with water, and oil-based inks can be diluted with special solvents.
2: Choose the mesh size between 150 mesh and 200 mesh
3: Storage:
The fragrance ink should be sealed and stored in a sealed, dry, dark place, avoid direct sunlight, high temperature environment
4: Avoid processing the fragrance ink in the process above 140 degrees.
If the fragrance ink is in an environment of 140 degrees for 15 minutes, the fragrance concentration will be reduced by 15%.
Under a 180 degree environment, the fragrance concentration will be reduced by 25%.
